Match4Action: The M4A Foundation is charged with creating maximum social impact globally towards the resolution of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals as defined by the United Nations. M4A has partnered with Reframe It on the CrowdDoing program to address Sustainable Development Goals and beyond through social innovation, the social enterprise sector and systemic change


Match4Action connects those wanting to volunteer their skills with those in need for remote or local project support, advice, collaboration and mentoring.


CrowdDoing aims to leverage micro-leadership, service learning and massively multi-disciplinary collaboration supported with project managers and human resource business partners to collaborate with people whom you can learn from while changing the world virtually together.

Volunteer marketing assistant, CrowdDoing, Systemic Change Portfolio Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

Track existing marketing campaigns to completion and report on results

Develop strategies to improve on existing and past marketing efforts

Coordinate market research studies via multiple methods, including phone surveys and online applications

Analyze data compiled from questionnaires and other market research

Assemble and present reports that collect and analyze market research data by consolidating, summarizing, and formatting information into formats that optimize readability

Analyze data to uncover industry trends

Compile and distribute relevant financial and statistical information

Assist with promotional activities; host presentations, organize customer events

Work with brand ambassadors to enhance the company’s brand exposure

Collaborate with colleagues in other departments, including advertising, production, sales, and distribution

Research and update competitor database to conduct comparative analysis of company performance in the market

Assist with sales presentations by gathering relevant resources including proposals, slide decks, videos, quotations, and other information as requested

Design and create marketing materials such as brochures and mailers by writing copy and formatting content and graphics

Volunteer marketing assistant, CrowdDoing, Systemic Change Portfolio Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or statistics preferred

Previous experience in sales and marketing preferred

Commercial awareness of the industry and current developments

Receptive to opportunities for continuing education and professional development

Proficient in the use of computers, particularly marketing technology applications

Ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills
