Recruiting Organization: The Bridging Tech Charitable Fund

Manage Bridging Tech’s mentorship program and a team of 3 individuals. Organize recruitment of volunteers, strategize expansion, and identify mentees. The Bridging Tech Charitable Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity with a mission to bridge the digital divide for K-12 students affected by homelessness in the United States by providing educational opportunities and technology.​​Particularly during the current crises of racial bias coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic, getting online devices to the millions of kids who do not have access to an educational device at home is critical to reduce the systemic inequity prevalent in our society.
