Recruiting Organization: AmeriCorps | Florida VISTA Network

As the leader of 30+ VISTAs serving across the state of Florida, this role will work in the following ways to ensure an impactful, meaningful, & successful year of service for all VISTA members: Member training & technical assistance: organize & conduct project training, coordinate technical assistance to/for VISTA members, & develop educational resources for VISTA members. Networking, marketing, & member recruitment: foster networking between VISTAs, assist in coordination of the recruitment of project sites to host VISTAs & recruitment of members. Assist with assessing & improving site performance: assist project supervisor with site visits, document sustainability of project sites. VISTA Leader development: complete VISTA Leader Training, complete orientation to A|FVN. *Applicants must have completed one year of service in VISTA, NCCC, AmeriCorps State and National (1700 hour term), or one traditional term of Peace Corps service. (COVID RPCV exceptions)
