Recruiting Organization: Foundation of Goodness

Foundation of Goodness (FoG), a highly respected Sri Lankan charity that focuses on rural empowerment, is looking to recruit a PADI licensed Dive Instructor with experience for its dive centre- Dive for Good.

Dive for Good is based in Seenigama-Hikkaduwa in the Southern coast of Sri Lanka, which is open for local and foreign guests From October to April, annually.

· Work schedule will be 6 days per week from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.

· Primary responsibility - to conduct DSD, PADI diving courses.

· Give an introduction to Dive Customers covering FOG, Dive Course details, Price etc. in detail.

· To promote DSD, PADI courses to tourists in the region in order to bring in more income.

· Fill in the Registration Form by the customer (On-line registration is an option)

· To have overall knowledge of Dive Equipment.

· Supervise the condition of equipment prior to commencement of Dive.

· To work as a team helping each other with day-to-day work.

· Underwater pictures of Dive - 100% responsibility to ensure photos are taken and passed on to guests and FoG social media channels.

· It's important to work with Dive customers to write reviews and drive engagement in on Trip Advisor, Instagram and Facebook.

· Manage bookings on websites such as Tripadvisor.

· Assist FOG to promote income generating initiatives.
