Recruiting Organization: Pillows for Paws
Pillows for Paws is a 501(c)3 non-profit in NYC with the mission to donate beds, toys and treats on a monthly basis to the city shelters. We are looking for volunteers who have basic sewing skills and a machine at home to help us make our very easy beds at home. Our group has expanded their DIY movement since the pandemic. These beds are always needed and we are looking for sewers to help craft our special handmade with love beds to comfort shelter cats, dogs and bunnies. This is an ongoing project that can be done on your time at home. Beds will need to be dropped off locally in NYC or mailed in when they are completed.
