Recruiting Organization: English 1 on 1
English 1 on 1's teachers use the lessons, quizzes, and homework created by our lesson creators to administer weekly lessons to our students. Teachers also fill out report cards on their student every other week and are required to attend monthly committee meeting and 1-on-1 meetings once every two months. Teachers are not required to speak the same first language as the student, as all of English 1 on 1's student have a basic understanding of English. Potential teachers must be under the age of 18 to apply as English 1 on 1 is a youth run non-profit organization.
