Medical project Volunteer Doctors, Nurses and Health practitioners

In most rural parts of Africa there is no working standard medical center, in emergecency situations, people are left with no choice than to travel so many kilometers to the state capitals or Urban areas or pay with their lives.

These people are in dire need of a standard medical health clinic or volunteer doctors and health practitioners for the existing dilapidated health center.ARV offers placement for doctors who are willing to offer free medical care to people in this place and other very deprived communities, we also make it possible for surgeons or group of doctors to come to such deprived places and offer free surgical operations in various health diseases and illnesses. Most of these deprived communities do not have working and standard health centers, and those that have medical or health centers lack doctors, nurses and other health practitioners.

A typical work day Volunteers should be ready to have hectic workdays as the number of patients that troop in per day differs from day to day, sometimes in cases of emergency, volunteers could be called upon late at nights to attend to such conditions. All requirements and other arrangements pertaining to working schedules and shifts would be done on arrival

The health clinic project We are looking for donations of medications and supplies. Medications cannot have expired. Supplies like sutures must of course be in good condition in original packing material. Surgical instruments and diagnostic instruments are most welcome if they are in good shape. Textbooks can be helpful if they are recent. Please call or e-mail first before sending anything so we can discuss. Volunteering doctors and nurses or health practitioners who would like to contribute or participate in this project should come along with as much supplies as they could get.

ARV accepts volunteer contributors to the standard health clinic project , donations ranging from office requirements, medical equipments, cash, and other necessary facilities for the construction of a standard medical center.
