SBSCO is looking to fill an open committee chair.

The External Activities Committee is responsible for organizing volunteer activities. They arrange for performances and handle the event details, as well as the list of performers that will be attending.

The Activity Planning Chair specifically is responsible for organizing volunteer opportunities. They will handle the paperwork required for our organization to perform, as well as calculate the budget needed for said activity.

The applicant should be able to communicate with other organizations and venues via phone or email, and possibly in person.

Currently our volunteers are given 2.5 volunteer hours a week. Your volunteer hours will be kept track of, and if you become eligible for a President's Volunteer Service Award, we will order an award for you. If you feel that you are putting in more than 2.5 hours a week, we can adjust the amount that we are adding to the record accordingly.
