Recruiting Organization: National Shattering Silence Coalition

Write op-eds for our Emergency Action Committee in response to the tragedies involving serious mental illness we read about daily and any other topics related to our Points of Unity, advocating for change. Pitch our Op-Eds and other story ideas to news media outlets. Help secure placement of blog articles in The Mighty and any other well known blogs, and add all of our blogs to Medium. Do you have writing, editing or PR skills? If so, this position is a perfect fit for your skillset.

The National Shattering Silence Coalition speaks out about federal, state, and local policies that impact adults and children living with serious brain disorders (SBD), commonly referred to as "serious mental illnesses," and advocates for change. We are voices for the 14.2 million adults and 8 million children living with and dying far to young from serious brain disorders.
