Caudwell Children Autism Service (CCAS) is a CQC regulated service based within Caudwell International Children’s Centre on Keele Innovation and Science Park.


CCAS is a multi-disciplinary team made up of Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Learning Disability Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists, Assistant Psychologists, Clinical Assistants, Family Support Assistants and Specialist Medics.


The service provides ASD diagnostic assessments, Occupational Therapy assessments and follow on family support by our dedicated Family Support Assistants. We also provide a range of workshops for families to support understanding and learning.


We’re looking for volunteers to support our clinical team, by taking on the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Clinical Reception Function, undertaking a range of administrative and hospitality duties
  • Meetingand greeting families and children on arrival
  • Acting as a source of information for parents during their time with us
  • Supporting members of the clinical team to deliver CCAS services
  • Providing assistance and support to family engagement and feedback
