Recruiting Organization: Faith & Belief Forum

Through this role you will contribute to the Faith & Belief Forum’s vital work with communities and workplaces by helping us prepare for, deliver, and evaluate our varied programme of events. Regular events in our team include: London Faith & Belief Community Awards, LGBTQ+ Interfaith events, London Interfaith Fun Run, Faith Inclusion training for workplaces, and more.

Depending on your skills and interests, tasks could include:

o Researching and reaching out to organisations and individuals to promote our events

o Helping us prepare for events by generating new ideas, creating and organising resources, communicating with stakeholders, and key administrative tasks

o Creating meaningful and innovative promotional content that showcases our events and shows their impact

o Supporting at events e.g. through welcoming, coordinating refreshments, technical support, supporting with facilitation of discussions

o Processing evaluations, and updating stakeholder records after events

o Helping to evaluate programmes by taking part in debriefs after events
