The FOOD Pantry serves clients on weekday afternoons, Monday evenings, and Saturday monrnings. This volunteer opportunity is for Monday or Tuesday afternoons 12:30-3:15pm. We are looking for volunteers to commit to a once a week or once every other week schedule.
This role involves greeting clients, using a computer database to check them in, radioing orders to volunteers to fill, and using a restaurant style pager system if busy so clients can wait in their car. Customer service and basic computer skills are required. This can be a fast pased role and may be very busy at times. Training will be provided.

Description
We provide free groceries to people living in Waukesha County in need of food assistance. We are an equal opportunity provider and will help everyone we are able to, free of charge, and with complete privacy. We understand that after bills, rent, or unexpected financial troubles, many people are left with very little money, if any, for food. Our mission is to help people through those times.
