ACCC COVID-19 Statement: As a part of the Los Angeles, California community, Aaron Community Cultural Center prides itself on being a supportive neighbor. As a partner of the community, ACCC and its personnel wear masks and use multiple sanitation methods, especially ones that are environmentally friendly. ACCC takes CDC and California Department of Public Health policies seriously. Furthermore, we ask all participants including program clients and visitors and vendors, board members and interns and volunteers, maintenance and workers and residence to wear masks and to wash hand and to sanitize personal property.

Quick Overview: This opportunity will take place every Tuesday. Aaron Community Cultural Center gives food boxes away to families and individuals in need. All individuals and families who would like a food box needs to register beforehand or complete a registration form in person. Food distributions begin at 10 AM and ends around 11 AM or till all food boxes have been distributed.

Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities: Volunteers will arrive at 8:30 AM. Volunteers tasks may include:

• unloading and lifting boxes
• sorting foods for proper storage
• putting signs and cones up as a directory
• creating food boxes for an easy grab and go process
• checking in individuals/families
• registering individuals/families to receive food boxes
• numbering the individuals/families who are in cars
