The greeter is often the first and often only personal contact a visitor has in the park. The volunteer in this position will greet and welcome each visitor coming into the Ocmulgee Mounds Visitor Center, begin each session of the park film; use public address (PA) system; conduct sales from Ocmulgee Mounds Association Gift Store; and assist with other light project work. The volunteer is required to be on time and in the proper uniform. Clothing is expected to be clean, presentable, and free of holes and rips. A name tag should always be worn.
