ORGANIZATION: National Park Service

Montezuma Well is a subunit of Montezuma Castle National Monument. We are seeking a self-motivated individual or couple to assist with visitor services 3-4 days a week in exchange for housing. The park is located in central Arizona at about 3600 ft elevation. The trail is 1/2 mile long and includes around 200 stairs spread across 3 locations. Winter highs average around 50 degrees and overnight lows can get below freezing. Late spring temperatures can average in the 80s or 90s. This position starts during our slowest season (about 200 visitors a day) and ends during our busiest season (about 1000 visitors a day) of the year, must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment contacting hundreds of visitors a day.
