Fort Laramie Natural Resources volunteers will assist in a variety of vegetation management activities. This may include collecting seed, collecting and identifying plants, or completing surveys related to vegetation and wildlife.

National Park Service staff will assist with training and program development.

The Fort is seeking volunteers with some ecology-related experience and knowledge. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the National Park Service and to expand skills related to prairie restoration and management. Educational groups such as a college class or club are welcome to take part as a group in the Fort Laramie volunteer program
