Seeking musicians to visit individuals on hospice care and provide a unique, personalized experience.

Hospice volunteers are an important part of the Hospice multi-disciplinary care team. Volunteers are needed to provide friendly visits in homes, facilities, Or hospitals.

All volunteers go through training, health screenings and background checks. The training classes will explore the history of Hospice, physical symptoms of death and dying, spirituality, grief & bereavement, and volunteer protocols.
What: Hospice Volunteer Virtual Training Class

When: Tuesday, January 11, 1:00-3:30 PM
Thursday, January 13, 1:00-3:30 PM
Tuesday, January 18, 1:00-3:30 PM
Thursday, January 20, 1:00-3:30 PM
Tuesday, January 25, 1:00-3:30 PM
Thursday, January 27, 1:00-3:30 PM

Our Volunteers are friendly visitors for our Hospice patient's at home and nursing facilities. Volunteer are needed to read to patients, provide a listening ear, play music, or provide Reiki. Volunteers visit in homes and nursing facilities based on thier individual schedule. Must pass a background check and drug test. Free training provided.
