SCORE Orange County is activly seeking candidates for fill in leadership positions. We are a 65 year old national organization with 100+ members who volunteer their time and expertise to help small businesses get started or thrive thru mentorship and education.
We are a vibrant Chapter all over Orange County. Although we have an office in Santa Ana, most of our volunteers work is done remotely from home or other convenient locations.
We are looking for a candidate, man or woman with leadership skills, ability and personaity to manage volunteers, delegate and inspire team work and creative ideas to contine to innovate ways to reach our clients and help them optimize their potential.
If you have at least 20 hours a week, would like to lead a thriving Chapter in giving back to the communtiy
in a myriad of ways, have the skills required to lead not only the Chapter, but the Executive team and have the personality to inspire volunteers to get involved and committed, we would love to talk to you.

Description
SCORE, America's premier source of free and confidential small business advice for entrepreneurs and small businesses, is a nonprofit resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). We have over 300 SCORE offices across the country and 10,000 volunteers offering free business mentoring and low- or no-cost workshops.
For over 50 years, SCORE's thousands of working and retired business professionals have volunteered to support the success of small business nationwide. SCORE business mentoring is free and confidential.
We provide:
- Free, confidential business mentoring in person, via email or by video
- Volunteer mentors who share their expertise across industries
- Free business tools, templates and tips online
- Inexpensive or free business workshops (locally) and webinars (online 24/7)
