We need E.P.I.C. (Empowerment and Philanthropy in the Community) Volunteers!
We are planning the Inaugural HBCU Swing Into Their Dreams Charity Golf Tournament for April 3-4, 2023, at the Chateau Elan Golf Club in Brasselton, GA. We are very excited about this new venture & we would love your assistance and expertise as a volunteer for the event. We need volunteers to support outreach efforts to sponsors and players.

We invite organizations to be represented at Swing into Their Dreams Charity Golf Tournament, April 3-4, 2023. There are a variety of ways to support this endeavor. Organizations/volunteers can sponsor the event or submit the names of members who are interested in participating in the golf event.

Sponsorship benefits include promotional items in all bags that may be used to drive traffic to your organization’s events and logo representation on all pre and post event materials.

Volunteers will also solicit support of contributions to benefit scholarships for students to attend an HBCU.

We have scheduled planning meetings on a monthly basis until January 2023. In February meetings will begin on a bi-weekly basis and ramp up to a weekly basis in March 18, 2023 until the event.

Post event debrief meeting will also be scheduled as we prepare for 2023. If this sounds exciting to you, then contact us to get started today!

    This position with support the Charity Golf Tournament activities at the Atlanta National Golf Course.
  • 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM
    Lead or Point of contact for Golf Tournament activities at Atlanta National Golf Course.
  • afternoon / 12:00 PM to 04:30 PM
    This position will support the Charity Golf Tournament activities at Atlanta National Golf Course.
  • evening / 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM
  • NONE OF THESE TIMES WORK FOR ME, BUT I CAN STILL HELP
