Learning Ally is working to solve the literacy problem in the United States. Did you know, over 30 million students in the U.S. struggle with reading, and by the 4th grade, 65% of students are not proficient in reading? Learning Ally believes all students should have equal opportunities to learn and succeed.

Learning Ally is a leading nonprofit education solutions organization that transforms the lives of early and struggling learners through proven solutions from Pre-K through high school, to help students reach their potential. By volunteering your time, you can help Learning Ally improve equity in education and create accessible education tools and support for over 2.3 million students and 615,000 educators in 23,000 schools nationwide.

Volunteers share their time and talent in a variety of ways. You can help bring stories to life in the Learning Ally Audiobook Solution as a volunteer audiobook narrator, quality assurance volunteer, and production support volunteer. You can volunteer in strategic initiatives to help expand our reach, engagement, and impact in schools and with educators across the nation, ensuring students have access to tools that support them in their learning. We also offer corporate volunteer events and opportunities to get your team involved! With Learning Ally’s virtual volunteer events, your teammates and/or employees will have the opportunity to learn more about literacy in the U.S. and engage in a transformational literacy simulation followed by a meaningful volunteer activity.
