Summary
Boundless Peake (a 501(c)3 non-profit) & Washington Software are partnering to launch an IT Internship/Bootcamp that runs from 15 January 2022 - 15 March 2022. This is an innovative tech bootcamp that integrates experiential learning with supplemental education.
The program targets African American, and Hispanic youth and young adults (16-24) traditionally locked out and under-represented in the IT field. Participants will learn a prescribed set of IT curricula (e.g. coding) while working on team projects. Teams will be tasked with resolving a problem linked to a client-driven or needs based solution.
We seek academic tutors who are specialists in programming, IT-related curricula, and career coaches to volunteer.
We are in need of fundraisers, and tutors.

Boundless Peake aspires to bridge the educational and career opportunity divide between economically disadvantaged minority youth and everyone else. We seek to accomplish this by offering free online tutoring and career coaching in STEM and Finance related subject areas.
Description
Founded in 2020 in Rockville, Md, Boundless Peake is named paying homage to Mary Peake, a co-founder of Hampton University. We seek to launch our first programs this summer to coincide with the expected surge as school districts transition to in-class instruction.
