Volunteering can be rewarding and so simple! This DIY is you making what we refer to
as Tuck in Calls. A simple call from here in our office, checking on patients to see what
their basic needs are and if they are out of anything. You are doing the calls yourself,
however we give you the wording and necessities to accomplish what you need to
accomplish.

Call Hospice Patients/Caregivers on Wednesday or Thursdays to assure they have supplies and medication that are needed. Then you simply ask if the patient is comfortable with the weekend in mind. We don't want
our patients to run out of needful supplies or medications.

If you think you would like to be a part of a volunteer team that is doing purposeful
activities to help others then please contact me!

Because we follow CMS guidlines, we require our volunteers and staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

  • COVID 19 vaccination proof, background check, fingerprinting clearance, initial training and ongoing training, TB screening

Mission Statement

Our goal is to deliver high quality treatment to our patients, families and caregivers with our highly trained hospice team. The patient experience is at the core of everything we do. That’s why we work collaboratively with the patient’s team of experts to craft a plan of care that meets their specific needs. Through our Community Care Program, we are able to provide a better way to care to patients living in assisted or independent living facilities, as well as residential care communities. We take a coordinated approach to care that allows patients to safely age in place.
