Do you have a passion for crafting? Would you like to be part of servicing our Hospice community with your gift of sew, knitting or quilting? Looking for crafting volunteers that sew, knit and/or quilt. As a crafting volunteer you will have an opportunity to sew Memory Bears for the families of the patients that have been on our hospice service. Memory bears are sown from an article of clothing. These bears bring so much comfort to the families that are able to receive them. There is also opportunity to sew or quilt sensory blankets for our dementia patients, make scarfs, mittens, beanies and totes that would go on the back of wheelchairs.
