Holy Culture is the Christian media brand of The Corelink Solution , a not-for-profit organization focused on community revitalization through learning and cultural enrichment. Holy Culture Radio operates digitally online and through mobile apps and will soon be expanding to Satellite radio.

We are looking for a marketing assistant to help implement our marketing strategy. The position will be responsible for assisting with driving listenership growth and engagement.

1. Assist the team by taking on re-occurring tasks such as website content updates and email newsletter creation.
2. Create videos that fit your vibe and share our messages around faith, arts, vocation, and education, helping maintain a consistent presence across our main social channels. Be on the pulse of social media culture and identify emerging trends.
3. Help refine customer segments and personas, and develop insights.
4. Assist in the creation of reporting.
5. Help create innovative ways (e.g., contests, promotions, etc.) to monitor and grow listenership and create engagement on and off-air.

• Experience growing and retaining audiences across a number of channels.
• Understanding the typical objectives and KPIs that a marketing team may be working towards.
• Visibility of marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorship activity that drives the organization forward.
• Exposure to managing ad hoc activities such as writing copy, updating websites and event materials, and social media listening activities
• Improvement in your copywriting skills for a number of different channels (e.g. email, web copy, social media)
• Opportunity to work on multiple projects at the same time to improve your ability to meet deadlines
