This opportunity consists of distributing nutritionally balanced monthly food boxes for The Commodity Supplemental Food Program. Each box is packed based on the MyPlate nutritional guide and may contain cereal, fruit juice, canned items(fruit, vegetables, meat, and poultry/fish), dry or canned beans or peanut butter, pasta or rice, shelf stable or dry milk, and cheese. You will be assigned a station either where you are checking a client in, helping them sign up, and/ or passing out a box to our local neighbors.

We will supply masks and gloves. Teenagers 14+ are welcome to volunteer if an adult guardian goes with them. Please do not volunteer if you have been exposed to/ have COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever and/ or difficulty breathing.
