"Do What You Like To Do" under supervision* and accountability as a volunteer with WHOMENTORSDOTCOM INC.

In determining whether a volunteer has provided services to WHOMENTORSDOTCOM INC., courts in the USA consider the strength of the individual's affiliation with the 501(c)(3) organization, the leadership’s ability to initiate or request services from the volunteer, the entity’s supervision over the volunteer’s work, and the volunteer's accountability to the tax-exempt organization.

Choose from more than 680 activity codes to accomplish the scientific, educational, and charitable purposes of WHOMENTORSDOTCOM INC. See http://activitycodes.whomentors.com and create digital content to publicize your efforts and accomplishments.

During a zoom orientation, be prepared to respond to each IRS correspondence/audit question:

What is the activity (from the IRS/NTEE list)? Who conducts the activity (are you solo or will you be the project leader of a team)? When is the activity conducted? Where is the activity conducted? How does the activity further the exempt purposes of WHOMENTORSDOTCOM INC.? What percentage of your total time is allocated to the activity (genuine and substantial duty only, nominal or episodic volunteering or micro-volunteering is not ideal)? How is the activity funded* (advance your own funds, conduct a fundraiser, employer matching gifts)?
