Join the American Red Cross, Service to the Armed Forces Program at the Naval Hospital Bremerton. We are looking for a volunteer who is passionate about serving the military community and has program management, volunteer management experience, or a desire to learn.

Responsibilities include:

  • Willingness to support the Red Cross mission.
  • Manage and serve in advisory capacity.
  • Promoting Red Cross programs and activities at Naval Hospital Bremerton
  • Recruiting and assigning volunteers to meet the needs of the Military Treatment Facility
  • Coordinate and schedule required volunteer training
  • Liaise with military authorities on installation disaster preparedness and response
  • Maintaining volunteer records; reporting and tracking volunteer hours
  • Overseeing volunteer recognition events
  • Attending a variety of volunteer and installation meetings
Training will be provided. Vaccination required for in-person roles.
