Job Title: Saint Mary's Food Bank Shopper

Location: St. Mary's Food Bank, 2831 N 31st Avenue, Phoenix, AZ, 85009

Purpose: Assist with food shopping for food as needed for distribution. You will be met by a FIBCO representative at St. Mary’s.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the FIBCO representative in choosing food items for later distribution
• Load/Unload Food Boxes
• Load/Unload van for food distribution events

Job Requirements

• Carry out required tasks as agreed
• Participate in training and organizational orientations
• Be on time for the requested volunteer opportunity
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
• Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• 18 or older

Reports to: Chiquita Taylor

Volunteer Opportunity Hours: 8:00AM-12:00PM

Days Needed: Every Wednesday

Time Commitment: 4 Hours

Qualifications: None

Dress Code: Casual clothes (regular T-shirt, jeans, pants, and closed-toed shoes)
