The Resident Tech Support volunteer assists residents of Monroe Community Hospital with issues that crop up with their phones and other devices. The ideal candidate will have great people skills, and broad knowledge of a variety of phones, TVs, tablets, Alexas, and other internet-dependent devoices. Experience in a long-term-care setting would be a plus!
