Evans Community Market is looking for Catering Assistants to help grow our catering business. Catering Assistants will provide support in a variety of ways including loading and unloading event supplies from our company vehicle, setting up the supplies for the event (tables, signage, serving dishes etc.), and often serving food at the catered events.
If the catering is a large event, we may ask additional help from volunteers with food preparation experience.
This volunteer opportunity requires travel as catering events are held at both the Evans Center and off-site locations such as churches, schools, and other community centers. We will help arrange travel if needed.
We will also validate volunteer hours needed for work or school with this opportunity.
