Uda Aida is a free learning and mentorship program and a non-profit organization that began in July 2020. Through the organization, we aim to provide access to free Punjabi education for young children in order to preserve and promote the Punjabi language and culture amongst the next generation. We also hope to foster a connection between Punjabi children in the community through their shared culture, language, and history. Along with helping students to the best of our abilities with their needs in learning Punjabi, Uda Aida hopes to provide students with the finest tutoring experience, for free.We are currently looking for volunteers to join our organization and tutor classes.

Applicants should have the following skills: proficiency in the Punjabi language, commitment, accountability, passion, confidence, communication skills.If you are interested please fill out the form (linked below) and we will reach out to you as soon as possible to schedule an interview. If you pass the interview, you will attend a volunteer orientation, after which point you will begin teaching classes. We will also provide you with the resources necessary to teach the classes.
