Greetings from CWR!
Crawl, Walk, Run: From Teens to Queens, Inc is a nonprofit organization focused on enhancing communities and the lives of the teen girls that we mentor. We are going into a serious winning season and while we do not have the operating budget to pay someone for the assistance right now we know that with extra hands we will flourish in no time.
We are currently a team of 1 with the occasional volunteers here and there but we are currently looking for a team member. Someone to join the family and with your help, we can be as big as we have been working towards. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with youth and problem solving and pure dedication. A partner is someone that will go through a meeting with myself (The founder) and we desire along with a lot of other factors that you are fully committed and inspired to work!

Crawl, Walk, Run: From Teens to Queens is a non-profit organization with a mission to advocate for teens to become emotionally, physically, and socially self-reliant. Our purpose is to uplift, empower, teach, and support teens in our community assuring they have a safe space in us by reducing the stigma put upon them by circumstance. CWR is committed to ensuring all children thrive. We focus on improving access to early childhood experiences. By enhancing their learning experiences, educational resources, and healthy developmental well-being. The purpose of the organization is to develop leaders and protect the mental, emotional, and physical health of families in underserving communities with or without a home.
Description
Since the pandemic, we lost our volunteers, fundraisers, events, and sponsors. But we took that time to research and get into our communities and continue to do the work hands-on. After falling in love again with our mission and our community we decided that our youth have not been able to have access to early childhood experiences, they do not have the luxury of being children! When you are low income you are not focused on providing experiences for your child to have fun but to keep them safe, alive, and well. We are currently focusing on all sectors of the categorical makeup. Our goal is to raise an intense amount of funds to support our programs. Along with these events we frequently do fundraising events that we need volunteers for!

- Please be ready to take off with CWR. I am someone who moves at a good pace and you may start off as a volunteer but I can guarantee you will turn into an employee.
