GSSA is looking for motivated individual to lead its fundraising and development efforts to enhance and grow revenue and in-kind support to meet community and organizational needs. This volunteer position would work with and/or join our Board of Directors to help lead the organization’s fundraising efforts.
Task may include, but are not limited to:
· Developing a fund raising plan
· Researching potential sponsors and donors
· Writing funding proposals and sending them to potential sponsors.
· Creating marketing and promotional activities
· Speaking at churches and community events
· Developing fundraising events
· Maintaining records of sponsors
· Organizing campaigns that will lead to recurring donations

Mission Statement
The mission of God’s Secret Service Agent is to recruit volunteers (GSS Agents) to conduct secret planned or random missions/ acts of kindness to help make the world a better place. GSSA conducts secret acts of kindness and provide assistance to single parents, children in foster care, veterans, teachers, and homeless individuals with the help of volunteer "Secret Agents" and partnerships with non-profit organizations, churches and businesses.
Description
God’s Secret Service Agent’s (GSSA) is an innovative volunteer community service approach is based cheekily on the Mission Impossible TV Show and movies, as well as James Bond spy movies. It encourages people to sign up as Secret Service Agents commissioned by God to plan and conduct random or planned secret missions (acts of kindness) to help others in need.
The main inspiration for the concept for GSSA is based on Matthews 6:1-4... Take care! Don’t do your good deeds publicly or before men in order to be seen by them; otherwise you will have no reward with and from your Father who is in heaven. Whenever you give to the poor, don’t shout about it as the hypocrites do-blowing trumpets in the synagogues and streets and calling attention to their acts of charity! I tell you in all earnestness, they have received all the reward they will ever get. But when you do a kindness to someone, do it secretly-don’t tell the left hand what your right hand is doing. And your Father who knows all secrets will reward you open.
GSS Agents, as members are called, have fun and find joy in spying out their "target mission assignments" (people they plan to help) and conduct secret acts of kindness suggested by GSSA or their own secret acts of kindness with pure motives, not expecting acknowledgement or anything in return. By regularly conducting secret mission of kindness suggested by GSSA Headquarters, GSS Agents spread love in the world and their own lives are often enriched and blessed by God.
