Are you passionate about fighting Alzheimer’s Disease? Do you want to get more involved with the South Dakota Alzheimer’s Association? Are you looking for an impactful volunteer opportunity? Then we need you! We're looking for community and business leaders to join The Longest Day volunteer committee.

The Longest Day is the day with the most light - the summer solstice. On and leading up to this day, thousands of participants from across the world come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer's through an activity of their choice. Together, they use their creativity and passion to raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association. Volunteers can incorporate hobbies they are already active in like running, hiking, fishing, crafting, etc.

Join The Longest Day Committee to help recruit teams, organizations, and companies, provide coaching on fundraising and event planning, and spread the word about how together, we can fight the darkness of Alzheimer's and other dementias. We’ll help you find a role that fits your interests, skills and schedule.
