Living Waters Hospice is here to provide expert care, comfort and support for those facing a life-limiting illness through direct support of patients and their families, public education and public advocacy. A partner with the family, as well as the patient, our Hospice team of expert professionals and trained volunteers helps people face the challenges, make the decisions and ease the transitions of the life's final phase.
Description
We are a hospice program that has been serving Southern California since 2016. Our goal is provide comfort care and support for our patients and their families and provide them the resources that they need to achieve closure in this life.
