Pet Therapy volunteers will:

  • Visit with hospital patients and staff, following all therapy dog procedures.

  1. Dogs must be certified by an LVHN approved therapy dog organization.
  2. Dogs must be certified by an LVHN approved therapy dog organization.
  3. Must provide up-to-date vet visit report and proof of rabies vaccination.
  4. Must be friendly, with a positive attitude.
  5. Ability to interact with people of all nationalities, religions, genders, ages, etc.
  6. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

1 Shift

  • 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM
    Monday through Sunday, two hours max. a day.
