ORGANIZATION: GREATER SEATTLE BUSINESS ASSOCIATION

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.

Each year the GSBA Scholarship & Education Fund conducts a scholarship interview cycle that includes three main events:

Thursday, January 27th, 5:30pm - 7:30pm | Interviewer training
Saturday, February 26th, 9:00am - 1:00pm | Selection Day
Saturday, April 2nd, 9:00am - 4:00pm | Interview Day

As a volunteer you will be required to attend all three events. Being a scholarship interviewer is a powerful experience, and we hope that you will be able to join us this year as we select the new 2022 cohort of future LGBTQ and allied leaders.

Our applicants represent a wide range of identities and academic and career interests so we seek to create interview teams that reflect all of the diversity of our applicant pool. With that in mind, we are especially interested in seeing greater representation on our interview teams from women, trans and gender diverse people, BIPOC, first generation college graduates, and people who work in the skilled trades.
