Join Their Stories Political as a Director of Human Resources!

Their Stories is a political nonprofit organization aiming to channel youth activism to enact change at the legislative level. At Their Stories, we understand the delicate and consequential nature of American politics. Our goal is to bring inclusivity and progressivism to the spotlight, while placing an emphasis on systemic change. Aid marginalized communities, tackle complex issues, hold politicians accountable, and serve the members of your community with us.

The Director of Human Resources would be responsible for all typical HR functions and tasks within our organization. This would include recruiting and interviewing new members, gathering feedback from volunteers, maintaining member satisfaction, overseeing email communications, and more. A day-to-day for our Director of HR would include the following roles: setting up and conducting interviews, managing and assigning tasks to interns, coordinating HR team meetings, running feedback surveys, strategizing for long-term organizational growth, and advising the board on business-like matters.
