Help make homes safer and join our Hot Shots Team, installing free smoke alarms in people's homes across San Diego County.

Hot Shots Team - Install Smoke Alarms, Save Lives (In-Person)

  • Install free smoke alarms in people's homes.
  • Provide life-saving safety education while completing installations.
  • Go out in teams, have fun, and help make homes safer.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • Every Tuesday & Thursday, 9am-3pm.
  • Some occasional weekend events available.
  • Commit to at least 2 shifts per month for the next 6 months minimum.
  • Carpool available from the main San Diego office located at 3950 Calle Fortunada.
