Village Treasure House is a non-profit 501(c)3 consignment warehouse/showroom of vintage and upscale home furnishings and decor. We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable and altruistic volunteers for numerous opportunities in our organization.

We have availability in the following areas:

Retail Sales. Hours and days are flexible. Duties include greeting customers, offering sales assistance, using a register, and packaging sold items.

Fulfillment. Mornings, days are flexible. Duties include locating items sold online in our retail shop and packaging them for customer pick-up.

Merchandising. Days are flexible with in team schedule. Working with team to put new items on sales floor. Have an ability to follow direction and an eye for color, scale and decor.

Photography. Days are flexible. Photographing newly acquired inventory to be put on our online store

Pricing. Days and times are flexible. Either working on our computer system to generate price tags and verbiage describing items, researching items for pricing, or tagging and cleaning items.

Consignment Intake. Morning shift. Examining up to 15 items in 15 minutes by scheduled appointment to decide whether we want to accept items for consignment. Intake works as a team with one person viewing, measuring and accepting/rejecting items and the other entering into our computer inventory system.
