Peace Over Violence

Good afternoon!

We are so excited to inform you that we are getting ready to start our Winter 2022 Counselor Advocate Training! You are receiving this email because you have expressed interest previously about participating in this training. I have attached an application to this email - please fill it out and send it back to me when you can. We will discontinue accepting applications by January 12, 2022. Please make sure to send yours in by that date.

Thank you for sharing an interest in wanting to become a Peace Over Violence Volunteer. At Peace over Violence, we recognize the value of volunteers within the agency, but especially as advocates to survivors. This is a life-changing experience, not only for the trainees, but also for those of us who train you. Peace Over Violence’s Counselor-Advocate Training and volunteer work is very intense, yet incredibly rewarding.

Attached you will find an application for the volunteer program available within the Intervention Division.
