Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Boston

Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Boston (JBBBS) is seeking a mentor of any religious background for curious, adventurous, intelligent, and compassionate Benjamin! Benjamin is an 10-year-old African American boy living just south of Boston. He was adopted by white parents who are hoping he will be matched with a man of color as a role model. Benjamin enjoys building with Legos, playing sports, hiking, going for walks, doing art projects, and playing Minecraft. The ideal volunteer would be 21-40 years old and willing to help Benjamin practice social skills, while spending time together doing activities they both enjoy in the community.

Could you be the right match? Apply now (https://www.jbbbs.org/volunteer-2), or email tania@jbbbs.org with any questions! Bigs commit to meeting with their Littles twice/month for at least a year; training is provided.
