Power Scholars Online Tutoring is a global student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We offer free tutoring and educational resources online. We are getting ready to launch our 2022 season soon and are beginning to recruit volunteer tutors!

In order to be a Power Scholars tutor, you must: * Be in high school at the time of your application (9th-12th grade)
***College/university students will be eligible to apply in June 2024 * Have an unweighted GPA of 3.7 or higher (On a 4.00 Scale) * If your school does not follow a 4.0 GPA scale, you can convert it on our website * Submit the Power Scholars Volunteer 101 Application
Note:
* The Power Scholars Volunteer 101 Application requires two letters of recommendation be uploaded as a part of the application.
These letters of recommendation must NOT:
* Be from a parent
* Be from a sibling
* Be from any additional kin of the applicant
* Be associated with a representative of an unincorporated or non-legitimate establishment
In order to be a Power Scholars AP tutor, you must meet the following ADDITIONAL requirements: * Submit an AP score report indicating that you have earned at least a 4 or 5 on the AP exam you would like to tutor
