The Viva Sanctuary is looking for animal lovers who can give at least three hours a week of their time and are interested in volunteering with rescued horses and farmed animals.
Volunteer shifts are a minimum of three hours per week, on a set day. Your weekly volunteer shifts may consist of manure mucking and cleanup, cleaning out stalls and barns, feeding, animal socializing and cuddling, and enrichment with the residents. We also have volunteer spots open for building, grooming and walking horses, gardening, social media, and fundraising assistance. All volunteer applicants are not guaranteed a spot on the animal care team, spots are based on experience, qualifications and positions available. We look forward to meeting some of you soon!

Description
The Viva Sanctuary is home to many horses and farmed animals (goats, sheep, chickens) saved from abuse, neglect, and other cruel situations. The Viva Sanctuary provides innovative, permanent sanctuary care. Volunteers assist in animal care, cleanup, enrichment activities, socialization, and other tasks directly involved with helping rescued farmed animals and equines.
