ORGANIZATION: CENTER OF HELP INC

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.
  • 18 people are interested

We have English as a Second Language classes for adult learners (18+). These virtual classes meet twice a week for an hour. We have a main teacher, but each class needs an assistant to help facilitate break-out room conversations. The class is structured in 15-minute pieces, with 15 minutes of lecture, and 15 minutes of breakout rooms. In the breakout rooms, the students get to practice speaking in English. We would prefer to have more facilitators, so we can have smaller groups of English-learnings to get more feedback and more chances to talk. If you're interested in facilitating these small conversations, please get in touch!

If you speak Spanish or are learning Spanish, please apply!

Classes are:
Beginners on: M/W 7-8, or T/Th 6-7 and 7-8

Intermediate students on: M/W 6-7
