We currently have a need for casework team members and someone to support our team in connecting with and engaging other SAF volunteers.
Emergency Communications Team Member (SAF Casework): Support the critical community services cases, which includes making follow-up calls to military members and/or families to determine if their needs are met. This is a customer service role and entry level to SAF Casework. As volunteers gain experience, they have an opportunity to move into advanced casework roles. Time commitment is about 5 hours per week. (Virtual- located anywhere in CO-WY Region)
SAF Engagement Lead: Work with new volunteer team members by conducting department orientation, assisting with required training, providing whatever support is necessary to help them to become fully engaged team members.
