These fabulously faithful volunteers can be found in different areas of each community supporting staff in building a good resident experience. Volunteers could be helping in any of the following areas. Needs may change slightly depending on shift.

Summerwood of Chanhassen has immediate needs...

  • On Wednesdays between 10-2 to help residents get to/from their on-site salon appointments
  • On Mondays and Tuesdays in their deli/market from 11- 1:30.
  • Front Desk Coverage from 12-1 Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Also, Every other Sunday.
  • Opportunities with more flexible scheduling include...
    • Light housekeeping and sanitizing as needed
    • Engaging in meaningful activities and social support with residents as directed by Life Enrichment
    • One-on-One Visitor and Pet visitors
2-4 hours per week, flexible scheduling
