At Sierra Nevada Job Corps Center located in Reno, NV we support the Job Corps program’s mission to teach eligible young people (ages 16-24) the skills they need to become employable and independent and place them in meaningful jobs or further education.

Our direct hands on work-based learning program provides students with opportunities to link their career technical training with practical, on-the-job activities. Students have the opportunity to improve their work habits and attitudes, identification of goals and aptitudes, and the motivation to complete and further their education.

We offer FREE trade education and job placement in the following trades:

* ADVANCED MANUFACTURING
* AUTOMOTIVE AND MACHINE REPAIR
* CONSTRUCTION
* FINANCE AND BUSINESS
* HEALTHCARE
* HOMELAND SECURITY
* HOSPITALITY
