The Membership & Events Intern will provide support in NTSA efforts to cultivate a library of resources for NTSA Members, monthly virtual training and community building events, and data collection for analyzing program success. This position will also have an essential role in the executing any virtual or regional events, as well as any other administrative needs.
Responsibilities
Membership/Knowledge Center
- Gather research, training, webinars and other opportunities or resources for NTSA members
- Draft bi-weekly Sheltered Guides
- Logistical support for monthly virtual trainings or community events
- Data input to support team metrics on program success
- Upload archive of Sheltered Guides to online member resource library
- Any other duties as assigned by the Membership Coordinator or NTSA leadership
- Attend weekly meetings with the internship program and weekly check-in meetings with Membership Coordinator (mandatory)
- Willingness to present findings of field work to Membership Coordinator and other interns
Events
- Registration/Attendance support for webinars, virtual meetings or regional events
- Organize program copy; bios, course descriptions, etc.
- Assist with speaker management
- Create event evaluations and surveys
- Support any logistics such as securing venues or catering, etc.
- Any other administrative needs for Sheltered Virtual Conference that arise

The National Trafficking Sheltered Alliance (NTSA) is a network of service providers committed to enhancing services and increasing access to care for survivors of human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
Description
NTSA is working to achieve this mission with a three-pronged approach:
Membership & Knowledge Center - NTSA offers resources and training opportunities to service providers to help them enhance the quality of care they offer survivors
Alliance Referral System (ARS) - NTSA facilitates a referral system to streamline the process of connecting survivors to qualified residential programs across the US
Accreditation - NTSA has established Minimum Standards and is working to develop an accreditation model specific for residential service providers for survivors of human trafficking
