Do you have a passion for helping others? Kaiser Permanente San Jose is looking for friendly, outgoing individuals 18 years or older to greet and assist patients and assist at information desks. Learn new skills, make new friends, and take pride in knowing you're providing a community service and making a difference in someone's day. Weekday openings available from 5:30 am - 4:00 pm. The Volunteer Services Mission Statement is to provide customer-focused programs, services, and amenities, and to contribute to the health and well being of the community by making volunteer opportunities available.
Description
Volunteer services are centered towards customer service and hospitality, complimenting the quality of care provided by the staff. Volunteers are asked for a commitment of at least six months volunteering, three to four hours a week. Opportunities are available days, limited evenings, and limited weekends.
